To manage departments and windows, access ‘Departments’ module through the Settings tab. The list of existing departments will be shown. If you’re looking for a specific department, simply type the name on the search bar.
To add a department, click the add icon. The add department modal will appear. Enter the department name, remarks, location and choose whether it is Consultation, Transactional – Department, Transactional – Multi-Department then finally, click ‘Save’ when you’re done.
Updating A Department
To update a department, click the corresponding ellipsis button of your selected department and select ‘Update Department’. The edit department modal will appear. Input the necessary changes, choose whether it is Consultation, Transactional – Department, Transactional – Multi-Department and also input a department prefix then finally, click ‘Save’ when you’re done.
Note: To add a Department Prefix, type the departments abbreviation (two letters at the most) in the provided space.
Removing A Department
To remove a department, click on the corresponding ellipsis of your selected department and select ‘Remove Department’. The Remove Department modal will appear. Click Remove to delete the department.
To manage windows in a department, click the corresponding ellipsis of your selected department and select ‘Manage Window’. The manage window modal will appear. To add a new window, click the add button. To delete a window, click on the trash bin icon beside the specific window. To rename a window, put the cursor on the name of the window and input necessary changes.
