Managing Doctor’s Queue
Select the doctor whose schedule you want to manage by clicking on the drop-down arrow. A modal will appear with all the doctors registered in your facility. You may search for their names on the bar or scroll through the selection.
If you are logged in as a doctor, the feature above is not available.
Adding a Patient to the Queue
On the Doctor’s Queue module, click the button.
There are two ways to add a patient:
- by scanning the patient’s QR Code
- by registering the patient before adding them to the queue
If the patient has a QMeUp account, you may scan their QR Code to add them to the queue. Click ‘Add Patient by QR Code’ to do so.
To add the patients without a QMeUp account, click “Register and Add Patient”.
Users with multiple patients under their account may queue them using the ‘People I Care For’ feature.
Serving a Patient
To serve a patient, you may:
- Drag the patient’s name from the line to the ‘Now Serving’ area.
- Or you can click the ellipsis on the patient’s information and click ‘Serve Now’.
Rescheduling a Patient
Click the ellipsis beside the patient information then click ‘Resched Patient’. Choose the date for their next schedule then click the ‘Resched’ button.
Completing a Patient
Click the ellipsis beside the patient that the doctor is currently serving then click ‘Complete Now.
Sending a Patient back in line
There are two ways to send the patient back in line:
- Drag the patient’s name from the line to the ‘Next in Line’ area.
- Or you can also click the ellipsis on the patient’s information and click ‘Send Back To Line‘.
Canceling a Patient
Click on the ellipsis beside the patient information then click ‘Cancel Patient’
Calling the Attention of the Patient in Queue
Click on the ellipsis beside the patient information then click ‘Call Patient’. The patient’s name will be called out.
Creating A New Queue For The Patient
Click on the ellipsis beside the patient information then click ‘Create A New Queue’. Choose between Department or Doctors Queue.
Setting a Patient as a Priority
Click the ellipsis beside the patient information. Select ‘Set As Priority’. Select the specific reason as to why the patient should be prioritized in the queue.
Updating the Patient’s Notes
Click the ellipsis beside the patient’s information. Click ‘Update Notes’. Then input the changes you want to make.
Printing the Queue Number of the Patient
Click the ellipsis beside the patient’s information. Click ‘Print’. The ‘Print’ dialog box will appear. Click the ‘Print’ button.
Interchanging Patients in Queue
You can switch the patient’s position in line by dragging the patient’s information to the place of the other patient.
