Managing My Queues

If you want to check your queue status, you can visit ‘Queues’ module.
 

Checking My Queues

Go to ‘Queues’ module. As a default, the queue you will see will be the owner’s account. If you want to queue for another patient, click the drop-down button. Then, select a patient.

To set the filters to ‘Show Active Queues Only’ or ‘Show All’, click the ellipsis button then, simply check its corresponding checkbox.

Your queue shows the following:
  • Date
  • Attending Physician
  • Name & Address of the Facility
  • Time
  • Room Number
  • Now Serving
  • Countdown
  • Your Number
  • Average Time 
  • Estimated Time
  • Basic Information of the Patient
  • Notes
You can still edit notes, to do so, click ‘Edit Notes’ button.  The ‘Update Notes’ modal will load. Then, you can now modify your notes. Click the ‘Update’ button once you’re done.

Cancelling a Queue

If you have other urgent matters to attend to and you have to cancel, you can cancel a queue by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button.
You have to specify the reason for your cancellation. Then, click ‘Yes’ button and you’re done.

Moving back a Queue

If it’s almost your turn but for some reason, you want to delay a little. You can move a few places back. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
You can move back a queue by clicking the ‘Move back’ button. 
After that, you have to set the number of places you want to move back. Then, click ‘Move’ button and you’re done.

Viewing Queue History

Queues History module is where you can see the list of your previous queues.

To view your queue history, click the ellipsis button then, select ‘View History’ button.

The ‘History of Queues’ is composed of your previous queue cards. Each queue card contains the following:
 
  • Date
  • Status
  • Queue Number
  • Patient Name
  • Attending Physician
  • Name and Address of the Facility
  • Time
  • Room Number
