To manage doctors and staff in the facility, access the ‘People’ module through the Settings tab. The list of doctors and staff in the facility will appear. If you’re looking for a specific person, simply type the name in the search bar.
Adding People to Your Facility
To invite people to the facility, click the add button. Input the e-mail and name of the doctor/staff. Indicate whether the person is a doctor or staff. Then click ‘Invite People’. If you want to resend an invite, click on the ellipsis beside the personnel’s information. Then click ‘Resend Invite’.Managing Doctors
To manage a doctor, click on the ellipsis beside his/her information. If you want to view the receptionists of a doctor, click ‘View all receptionists’. To set a default room to a doctor, click ‘Set default room’. You can manage a doctor’s department access by clicking ‘Manage department access’. To disable a doctor’s access, click ‘Disable Doctor’.
To manage a staff, click on the ellipsis beside his/her information. If you want to grant receptionist access to staff, click ‘Grant receptionist access’. You can also revoke receptionist access. To grant admin access to staff, click ‘Grant admin access’. To manage the department access of staff, click ‘Manage department access’. And to disable a staff’s access, click ‘Disable Staff’.
