Queuing Using the Kiosk

To open the Kiosk, access the ‘Kiosk’ module on the Settings tab. The list of kiosks will appear.

Opening the Kiosk

To open a kiosk, hover over the specific kiosk and click the ellipsis. Click ‘Open Kiosk in a New Window’. A new window for the kiosk will open. You can search for a doctor’s name, specialization or a department on the search bar.

Queuing for Services

You can queue for Services by clicking the ‘Services’ Tab. The screen will show the different services available in the facility. Note that color on the left side of each department is an indicator that it is currently available for queuing. When you choose a department, the ‘Pick A Registration Method’ screen will appear. There are four ways to register for a queue however, the options to create a new QMeUp account and registering without a QMeUp account are disable when the on-screen keyboard on a touchscreen interface is enabled.

If the patient already has QMeUp in his/her smartphone, the patient can scan his/her QR code to his/her self to the queue by clicking ‘Via My Patient QR Code’ on the registration method menu. Scan the patient’s QR code.

b. by creating a new QMeUp account.

If the patient does not yet own a QMeUp account but he/she wants to create his/her account, Click ‘I want to create a QMU Account’ on the registration method menu. Input the patient’s information then click ‘Register Now’

c. by registering without a QMeUp account.

If the patient does not own a QMeUp account and does not want to create his/her account, Click ‘Queue without a QMU Account’ on the registration method menu. Input the patient’s information then click ‘Register Now’

Queuing for Doctors

You can queue for Doctors by clicking the ‘Doctors’ tab. The screen will display doctor names and their specialization. Note that the color on the left side of each doctor name is an indicator that it is currently available for queuing. Choose a doctor. The ‘Pick A Registration Method’ screen will appear. There are four ways to register for a queue however, the options to create a new QMeUp account and registering without a QMeUp account are disable when the on-screen keyboard on a touchscreen interface is enabled.

a. by scanning the patient’s QR code.

If the patient already has QMeUp in his/her smartphone, the patient can scan his/her QR code to his/her self to the queue by clicking ‘Via My Patient QR Code’ on the registration method menu. Scan the patient’s QR code.

 

b. by creating a new QMeUp account.

If the patient does not yet own a QMeUp account but he/she wants to create his/her account, Click ‘I want to create a QMU Account’ on the registration method menu. Input the patient’s information then click ‘Register Now’

c. by registering without a QMeUp account.

If the patient does not own a QMeUp account and does not want to create his/her account, Click ‘Queue without a QMU Account’ on the registration method menu. Input the patient’s information then click ‘Register Now’
